Revealed in Makkah, Surah At-Tur (The Mount) begins by swearing by Mount Sinai and the written Book to warn disbelievers of the absolute certainty of divine punishment. It contrasts this with the joy of the righteous in Paradise, surrounded by endless blessings and reunited with their faithful descendants. The chapter challenges the skeptics with logical, rhetorical questions about their origin and the source of the Quran, proving the Prophet's truthfulness.
