Revealed in Makkah, Surah Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection) focuses intensely on the certainty of resurrection, swearing by the Day of Judgment and the self-reproaching soul. It refutes the disbelievers' claim that God cannot assemble their bones, asserting that the Creator is even capable of restoring their very fingertips. The chapter describes the agony of death and the transition of the soul, commanding patience during the revelation.

Translation
I swear by the Day of Resurrection
God swears an oath by the Day of Resurrection, refuting those who claimed that death is the final end of human existence.
Transliteration
Wala oqsimu bialnnafsi allawwamati
Translation
And I swear by the blaming soul
God swears by the healthy moral conscience—the inner soul that continually self-reflects, feels guilt over wrongdoing, and strives to correct itself before God.

Bala qadireena AAala an nusawwiya bananahu
Translation
Yes indeed; We are Able to reconstruct his fingertips
A stunning forensic and anatomical insight: in response to skeptics questioning how rotted human skeletons could be reconstructed, God declares that He is fully capable of reconstructing even their individual fingertips ('Bananah'). Modern forensic science confirms that human fingertips carry completely unique ridge and whorl patterns that distinguish every single human being in history, even identical twins.

God intervened tenderly, assuring him that God personally assumed full responsibility for etching every verse permanently into his heart and memory.
